Loaded in a variety of popular calibers, the foundation of our Dangerous Game™ Series ammunition is the DGX® or DGS® bullet.

The DGX® is an expanding bullet that incorporates all the features of the DGS® bullet along with a redesigned flat meplat for straight penetration, maximum energy transfer and devastating results. The DGS® non-expanding bullet is recommended for thickskinned game such as elephant, rhino and hippo. It’s tough copper clad steel jacket is designed to provide maximum penetration from all angles on thick-skinned and heavy boned dangerous game animals.

2. POWDER
Powders are carefully matched to each load to ensure optimum pressure and velocity. Some of our Dangerous Game™ Series loads feature Superformance® propellant technology.

3. HIGHEST QUALITY BRASS
Much of the brass is made by Hornady®, the rest carefully selected for reliable feeding, corrosion resistance, hardness and dimensional consistency.

4. PRIMER
Primers are chosen for their ability to quickly and consistently ignite the entire powder charge and are carefully matched to each load.
